Bean Candle Co. is seeking an experienced Retail Lead to join our Sewickley shop.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in retail sales and customer service who can confidently represent the Bean Candle Co. brand and take ownership of the in-store experience.

The Retail Lead will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with new and returning customers, meeting sales expectations, and helping maintain the elevated presentation and day-to-day operation of the shop.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with fragrance and gift selections, processing sales, opening and closing the shop independently, maintaining merchandising and displays, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the store is organized, stocked and customer-ready.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, self-directed and attentive to detail. The ability to work independently, manage responsibilities confidently and provide a consistently high level of customer service.

Previous retail or boutique experience and customer-service experience are required.
